Amazing Coffee Shop - Great Atmosphere

Tried to stop by twice but couldn't find a parking spot (not the shop's fault), third time was the charm and I decided to get a London fog with lavender syrup. The milk had a bit too much foam for my liking and didn't seem like it was steamed very hot. I work at Starbucks and we steam our milk to at least 145°, and I could drink this right off the bat so I'm assuming it might have been steamed to somewhere around 116°. The true flavor of the tea took longer than normal to come out, so all I ended up tasting was the lavender, which was tasty. A bit disappointed in the quality for the price (nearly $6 for a large). I'm glad I got to try the lavender syrup but I think I'll pass on this coffee shop and make my London fogs at home unless I have free time to stop by.

What used to be nice, cozy, and fast location to grab a cup of coffee has recently turned into a hangout for the teenagers who staff and apparently "manage" the location now. Ask for a kind of coffee, and expect they don't have it, or can't make it for whatever reason? Also expect a long period of being ignored by the staff, as clearly none of them want to be there any more than you do!

I am from out of town and was needing a place to work and get a cup of coffee! What a find! Large tables, electrical outlets and great WIFI. Coffee was awesome and had a great selection of food and deserts. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Thank you.

The only bad is that the kitchen is small and often understaffed resulting in slower service at rush times.

This is honestly the best quality coffee shop I have been to in years. The drinks are at least as good as you can find in big urban centers but at a north-woods price. They also make the best London Fog I have ever had.

EDIT: scones are back to a consistent bake. Not so doughy anymore!EDIT: Had to drop a star. Food (specific items) quality has declined a bit. The last several times I've gotten scones here, they've been fairly raw and doughy in the middle and made me feel a little bit ill. The muffins have also gotten a bit smaller over the last year or so. Thought maybe a couple bad batches, but these changes seem to remain consistent. Sandwiches remain delicious. Lavender honey shot in the dark. So good it was half gone by the time I got to work! Knowledgeable and extremely kind staff make themselves available to answer any questions or help you make a decision. Best coffee shop in town.

Baristas are friendly and make a decent drink. Very nice, and spacious, sitting area.I wish they had a list of pre-made flavour combinations for those that don't know the coffee stuff very well.

if you get anything iced just be aware of the fact that its about 70% ice that they give you, but otherwise really good

I hoped the in-house roaster would correlate with delicious coffee. Both the drip and capp were over extracted and unpleasant. They have decent lattes if you enjoy sweet drinks.

We were visiting bemidji for a week and ended up coming here almost every day. The drinks were all delicious (we tried many different types of lattes, cappuccino, dirty chia, and Thai tea). They have dairy free milks, which is always a huge plus for our mostly lactose intolerant group. We also rented out the back room for two hours and they were very nice and accommodating.

Friendly staff, great ambiance. Cappuccino was great and decently priced.Still my favorite coffee in town. I've become a regular and they're getting good at remembering my order. I usually get a latte, which is superb, but even a regular coffee is delicious. I love this place and always recommend it to anyone new in town.

I love Cantabria's cozy atmosphere and decor. The staff remembers your preferences after only a few visits which is refreshing as at some of the chains in town after multiple times they still don't remember. They can be a bit slow during busier times which is obvious but it feels like they could staff better during their known busy times.

I love Cantabria! I am there at least a couple times a week. The service is great and it's so nice to study. It is also a great place to meet friends. It's a little pricey, but I don't care. I love Cantabria. It's definitely my go to coffee shop in town.

Cantabria is by far the nicest coffee place in Bemidji. It feels cozy not only for the environment, but because of everyone who works there. YOU ARE AWESOME. In addition, they make delicious coffee and pastries. Good prices too! They have it all...

I've been going to Cantabria since before it was named Cantabria. I have never left disappointed and I have been buying coffee there since 2002. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. There is always ample and comfortable seating which is great since I have spent entire mornings there waiting for my car to be repaired in a nearby shop.

This is our family favorite coffee shop in Bemidji ....the Caramel Vanilla Breve is the current go-to drink for every member of our family. They almost always get it perfect -- not too sweet, perfect ratios. But if you don't like coffee, their milk based smoothies are amazing too...try the Snickers! And if your there for breakfast, get one of the burritos...which are delicious or a cinnamon roll, which they will warm up for you ...and your day will be so much sweeter! The shop itself is the best place to meet up with friends and have a good quiet place to chat, the fireside room in the back is so sweet ...or the outdoor patio is a fun place to hang out in the summer.

Decent latte. The smoothies were not what we were expecting at all. Disappointed because they tasted like they were made with just prepared juice and ice...didn't taste like a real fruit smoothie that would be made with fresh fruit and yogurt, etc.

Valencia and an Americano. Great place to study and get a bite. Outside seating in summer, drive through in the winter easily one of my favorite bemidji spots. In winter months they have a couch in front of the fireplace.

I am in Bemidji for just one week and I stopped by for coffee with friends. I liked the place so much, I liked the decoration and the vibes of the place. I will mark it as one of the favorite cafes I have ever been.
